IFG = Inner Fast Girl
Whether you are empowering your Inner Fast Girl (IFG), Inner Fit Girl, or Inner Fabulous Girl, our IFG training team is for you. You will have fun, connect with other awesome ladies, make new friends, and finally feel motivated to be fit and fantastic. This training provides time for you, so that you can be the best you you can be in the rest of your personal and professional life. How does one develop a strong body, mind, and spirit? First, make time for you. Second, commit to BEING you 100%. Third, join us, and we will support you in coaxing out and unleashing your best self! IFG Programs Include: *Weekly Group Practices & Instruction *Running/Fitness 101: Stretching, Self-Care, Nutrition Basics *Individual Goal-Setting and Mindset Coaching *Access to Members-Only BWellCommunity Forum *Accountability, Support & Camaraderie *Affordability (Payment Plans Available) *Fun! ~ All programs include email support, member board, and phone access between sessions, are eligible for payment plans, referral credits, student discounts, and scholarships. ~

IFG RunAways
What is a RunAway? These are IFG organized running trips for interested Inner Fast Girls. These trips build inner and outer strength, as well as friendships for life. NEXT: Myrtle Beach Marathon Weekend, March 2016 Email Rebecca with "Myrtle Beach RunAway" in the subject line Outdoor IFG We offer First 5k and Faster 5k group runs, as well as Totally 10k and half marathon support. Even if you have never run, or have not run in a long time, you will build your way up through interval training, speed work, and a mix of different drills. If you have been running and want to PR your 5K, while having fun and belonging to a diverse group of supportive female athletes, this is also for you! MashUp MashUp includes stations, drills, games, and new fitness toys to try. The goal is to help build strength and balance in the body to complement your running and a healthy lifestyle. You can count on team favorites as well as new challenges and surprises each class. Plus, it's a great way to connect with new friends and stay connected throughout the winter months. I showed up, got yelled at, sweat a lot, spoke to no one and went home. Nothing even close to that happens at IFG. We are a team. Everyone makes a point to welcome newcomers. We all talk and get to know each other while we are challenging our bodies to go beyond what we ever imagine they can do. The group spirit is strong, and we support and encourage each other. Rebecca has once again managed to put together an amazing group of women and a sweat dripping good time. The mash-up has everything our running group has with a twist. Instead of being outdoors trotting away, we're indoors laughing, grunting, running, jumping, grape vining, stretching and laughing some more. Who knew having so much fun could work so many different muscles? I am proud to say that I have found my Inner Fast Girl. Before I joined Rebecca’s running group, I was unenthusiastically going through the motions of working out in my home-gym and occasionally running with my friend, ipod. “My journey of becoming a “runner” has been very interesting. I started out running maybe a mile at a 12min pace and absolutely TERRIFIED of running a 5K. Little did I know that with hard work and dedication I would actually run a 10K! I can truly say that I have grown to absolutely love running.
