This is a closed group (only members can see posts) for engaging and sharing what we are grateful for, what brings us joy (lasting or fleeting), and those positive things, experiences, and moments that have brought us into "flow," made us feel more connected to others, something greater, and a sense of purpose.
In a study conducted at UPenn, researchers found that by noting at least 5 things participants were grateful for, at least once per week, for four days, their happiness levels increased over the next several months (and their perception of physical ailments even decreased!).
So...why not take this opportunity to use this place for building your happiness muscles. Who knows, you might even inspire others to do the same.
Let the positive upward spiral begin!
