One-One sessions with Rebecca Boswell offer clients personalized support and guidance for leaning into new endeavors, initiating change, and embarking on a greater future through the personal practice of the 8 C's. In a judgement-free space, you are guided to flow dynamically through the 8 C's in your daily life, while heightening your awareness, trusting your knowing, and claiming your own personal freedom. You are encouraged to let go of what is not working, open yourself up to your individual capacities, and to create a life and a living that works for you! Sessions are offered in-person, as well as by phone, or Zoom video conference. Note: At times, clients may choose in-person sessions which incorporate techniques to physically and energetically shift, move, and change energies in, through, and around the body. Rebecca engages with each client in a unique way, asking for the client's own capacities for growth, healing, and change to activate mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. All Sessions are based on Rebecca's blending of 16+ years of combined experience as a Professional Coach, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and hands-on Somatic & Energetic Health Practitioner. |
