Coaching is a Co-Creative Experience.
Outlined below are the elements of the Coach/Client Promise:
COACH

2) Acknowledges and honors the Client process.
3) Commits to an open, honest, and collaborative coaching relationship.
4) Listens deeply to what is said (and not said), clarifies topics, issues, principles, and choices, asks questions, and provides candid feedback.
5) Respects Client privacy/confidentiality.
6) Supports Client in the identification of personal truth and aligning actions for an empowered life and living.
7) Encourages Client to take action in key areas, as well as transcend barriers and resolve challenges.
8) Shares observations, resources and tools.
9) Holds Client, accountable and questions repetitive patterns when necessary.
10) Facilitates a space for growth and discovery (with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure!).
CLIENT
1) Pays in advance.
2) Keeps appointments and is punctual (sessions begin at scheduled time, not the time a call is received).

7) Commits to creating what is desired and is willing to step into personal greatness.
8) Comes to each coaching session prepared to discuss the past week's actions, insights, and next steps.

10) Is willing to learn from setbacks and practice new strategies.
11) Is honest (with self and Coach), even in the face of discomfort, remaining intent on what is relevant, sharing that information throughout the coaching process, as it arises.

13) Takes ownership of the change process, personal empowerment, and fulfillment.
14) Provides feedback on the value and relevance of the coaching.
