Coaching is a Co-Creative Experience.
rebecca brings the process.  You bring the progress.

key elements of the Coach/Client Promise:

As your Coach, Rebecca promises to:
1)   Practices judgment-free awareness. 

2)  Acknowledges and honor your process. 
3)  Commit to an open, honest, and collaborative coaching relationship. 
4)  Listen deeply to what is said (and not said), clarify topics, issues, principles, and choices, ask questions, and provide candid feedback. 
5)   Respects your privacy/confidentiality. 
6)   Support you in the identification of personal truth and aligning actions for an empowered life and living. 
7)   Encourage you to take action in key areas, as well as transcend barriers and resolve challenges. 
8)   Share observations, resources and tools. 
9)   Hold you accountable and question repetitive patterns when necessary. 
10)  Facilitate a space for growth and discovery (with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure!).

As a Client, you promise to:
1)  Pay in advance.   
2)  Keep appointments in a timely manner (Sessions begin at scheduled time, not the time a call is received). 
3)  Be open to the coaching process:  asking questions, providing feedback, sharing insights and exploring possibilities.  
4)  Explore areas for growth and takes inspired action.  
5)  Co-create a synergistic relationship based on trust and mutual honoring, reflecting a deep appreciation for the growth process.
6)  Be fully present during coaching sessions (no interruptions or multi-tasking).  
7)  Commit to creating what is desired and are willing to step into personal greatness.  
8)  Come to each coaching session prepared to discuss the past week's actions, insights, and next steps.  
9)  Be open to, and experiment with, new approaches, strategies, behaviors/perspectives and be willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone.  
10)  Be willing to learn from setbacks and practice new strategies.  
11)   Be honest (with yourself and Rebecca),  even in the face of discomfort, remaining intent on what is relevant, and sharing that information throughout the coaching process, as it arises.
12)  Keep promises/follow through with commitments made during sessions (willingness to explores what is going on when promises to self are not upheld).  
13)  Take ownership of your change process, personal empowerment, and fulfillment. 
14)  Provide open and honest feedback on the value and relevance of the coaching received.  
15)   Share coaching experiences and “learnings” with others to co-create a supportive environment for your continued growth.
