When any aspect of our physical, mental, spiritual being is blocked, there is usually an internal attitude that is driving our overall experience(s). When any aspect of our whole self is out of harmony (thoughts, feelings, emotions, physical systems, etc.), we can experience any number of physical, mental, emotional, and even energetic symptoms, When any aspect of our social, mental, emotional, and physical environment is out of sync with our natural rhythm, we can also experience energy drain, feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, lethargic, and more.

All cancellations must be made 24+ hours prior to your scheduled session.
