This individualized 6-Month program assists you in creating a nourished life, including communion with your body and the foods you eat. You will experiment with whole foods, "primary food", and learn specialized tools to address specific conflict, stress, or anxiety you may have around what and how you eat. You will practice supporting your body through the choices you make, as well as cultivating your capacity to listen to what it requires. You will be personally guided through various types of movement to craft your own unique, active, and playful lifestyle.
While there is similarity in content between this and the group program, there is one primary difference - YOU! In this One-One program, we explore the specifics of how everything applies to you specifically and your bio-individuality, while creating your own individual approach to vibrant health. This one on one attention is for the client who is ready and willing to create the change they have been asking for.

(1) 90-Minute Start-Up Session (Live or Virtual)
(3) 60-Minute Calls Per Month (1 per week for the first 3 weeks of the month)
