Why Walk?
Walking is a great, low impact way to improve fitness, decrease major health risks, and feel better. 10,000 steps is the daily recommendation to achieve a healthy level of activity (10k a day).
Why Walk and Talk Coaching?
Walking with a coach makes the time go by more quickly, holds you accountable, and provides an excellent opportunity to talk through challenges you are facing, strategize actions, discuss options for improving nutrition and lifestyle choices, and so much more.
Why Participate in a Group?
You get all the benefits above, PLUS the added bonus of camaraderie, and support from new friends and allies.
