Last month we focused on gratitude. This month we shift gears to kindness. Why? Because together they...
create fertile ground for cultivating What's Next.
If we cannot appreciate, acknowledge, and enjoy what's now, how will we ever experience fulfillment in what's to come?
When we shift into the energies of truly feeling, embodying, and expressing gratitude and kindness (for ourselves and others), we shift from lack and separation to abundance and connection. From this space, we have greater capacity to connect with opportunities for growth, curiosity and wonder. This allows different possibilities for navigating fear, doubt, limitation, and judgment. This is how we transform the need to control to the desire to grow, and ultimately change the way we are thinking, feeling, and living.
As we practice intentional kindness out in the world, we begin seeing ourselves and others in new ways. With each choice, the world reflects us back to ourselves. In this way, what we choose creates the life and living we are getting and the ripples we send out into the world.
After downloading your free Kindness Calendar, I invite you to go have fun with the prompts. Then, come share your experiences with us in the Coaching Collective. With each act of kindness, check in with how you are feeling, thoughts you are having, how it is contributing to you becoming the next version of you, and the ways your choices are touching the lives of others.
One of the cool things about kindness is that the more you give out into the world (positively affecting others), the more you will receive back from the world.
BWell,
Rebecca
